Hello, my name is Emily and I have been coding for almost four years now. What I like most about coding is working with a group and seeing a large project finally coming together. So far, I have been apart of multiple group projects, along with some solo projects.
Besides coding, my other hobbies include playing piano, drawing, reading, writing, and hanging out with my family and dogs.
Here are some of my previous group and solo projects!
- My very first group coding project. It is about endangered animals, particularly polar bears. In the game, you lead a polar bear through three different mazes and also answer questions based on polar bear facts.

- This is my second group project. My part was an animation about balancing work and play. In the animation, it shows a golden retriever trying to balance work and play. This animation was made on Code.org.

- This is my third group project. In this project, I did a mental health survey for anxiety, depression, PTSD, and autism spectrum disorders. The app also shows the results with a pie chart and gives you multiple resources and encouragement.

- My first solo project with a portfolio page. This website also has my first three years’ coding projects in a portfolio. (Each separately linked above.)

- My second solo project. It is a Marvel-themed personality quiz based on two characters from Marvel Studios’ WandaVision.

- My third solo project. It is an activism website about closing the gender gap in STEM.
